GENERAL AND ARRANGEMENT:
This is a molded fiberglass hull constructed of apparent good and adequate scantlings by Glas Ply at Marysville, Washington in 1981. The vessel has one deck, curved stem, transom stern, hard chine, cabin aft, fish holds midships and open work deck forward. Typical bowpicker design.
The self-bailing non-skid coated work deck is surrounded by 27" bulwarks and contains forward a Webber Marine hydraulic driven net roller with live aluminum fairleads and net spray wash bar, next aft is a Freeman flush deck watertight hatch accessing the forward void, to port is a fiberglass console with stand-up helm, engine and hydraulic controls, next aft and to midships is a hydraulic driven fiberglass net reel with levelwind, athwartships is a jellyfish grate, next aft are two 70" long X 48" wide hinged aluminum single section covers accessing the fish holds.
The cabin is entered by a hinged aluminum door from midships forward and contains from starboard forward an aft facing cushioned bench seat, next is the galley area with countertop and cupboard space, single basin stainless steel sink and Camp Chef two burner propane fired range /oven, from port forward is the main operating station with helm, seat with refrigerator beneath, full engine controls, gauges, instruments and various electronics, next aft is a Dickinson Newport propane fired cabin heater. The exterior cabin overhead is fit with an aluminum pipe grab rails port, starboard and aft.
The vessel interior is finished with a commercial grade vinyl sole, carpeted overhead and bulkheads with overlapped and bolted Lexan windows forward and AJR aluminum framed sliders at port and starboard bulkheads.
