The F/V is of fiberglass construction and purse seiner configuration. The vessel has a shallow draft round chine hull with square transom. The cabin is located forward of amidships and contains an enclosed head and the cabin helm station to starboard upon entry. To port upon entry is the galley area and table. Four berths are located in the forepeak. A flying bridge with helm station is located atop the cabin and a crow’s nest with controls (new controls in 2017) is atop the mast.
The engine compartment is entered via a removable hatch in the cabin sole. The engine compartment houses the vessels main propulsion engine, hydraulic pumps & tanks and batteries.
The fishold is located amidships and holds approximately 30,000 lbs of salmon in an rsw system that was installed new in 2011 (located on the fly bridge). The working deck is aft of the fishold with the lazarette housing the vessels fuel tanks and steering gear aft. The vessel is rigged for seining with a mast & main boom with winches/blocks, two picking booms (new in 2013), deck winch, power block and purse line davit.
The vessel has undergone extensive upgrades since 2011 including a new paint job, new hydraulic valves, hoses, tanks and pumps, fiberglass work including bulkhead repair/replacement, a new aluminum transom cap, a new rsw system, new picking booms, new anchor winch, new crow’s nest controls, new autopilot, new anchor winch and some new electronics. The vessel is very well maintained and pride of ownership is apparent. At the time of the survey the vessel was afloat and was winterized. As you can see by some of the attached photos I could not see some of the electronics and attachments due to the fact that they were wrapped tightly and properly winterized.
