VESSEL DESCRIPTION:
The fishing vessel is a typical Alaskan bowpicker with house aft, fishold midship, and a self-bailing work deck forward. The bow has a Kolstrand hydraulic power roller with an anchor locker built in underneath. Slightly aft to port is aluminum helms station with vessel controls, hydraulic valve bank, and auxiliary engine. An aluminum gillnet reel sits aft deck, off center to starboard, with Pacer pump to starboard of reel. Most aft is an aluminum raised fish hold. There is no access to under work deck and designed to drain to engine room.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Access to the cabin is through a watertight, aluminum companionway forward. Cabin is finished with vinyl hull liner and head liner, aluminum sole, and Formica countertops. Forward to port is cabin helms station with bucket seat, controls, engine panel, and electronics. Aft, athwartship, along stern, is berth. Forward of bunk, to starboard, is diesel cabin heater and forward that is galley with propane stove and countertop. Engine room is accessed by raised hatch in cabin sole and through bunk.
COMMENTS:
The fishing vessel is a well-designed boat that just under-went a new repower during spring of 2021 by Peterson Welding in Cordova, AK. Peterson Welding installed a new Cummins 5.9 diesel engine, Hamilton 274 jet with stern extension, 100-gal. aluminum fuel tank, raw water sea strainer, and hydraulic pump off main engine. The vessel repower was executed well and vessel is overall in good condition. As part of the repower and new design, chafing gear should be placed on hoses appropriately. Owner may address hydraulic hoses from hydraulic pump that touch the aluminum edge of pump mount.
Price: $85,000
