CONDITION: Hull was inspected while dry-docked; no access to under forward deck or to bottom of fish holds. No major damage or excessive pitting sighted from outside on bottom. Age and wear; expected for age and within normal range for vessel age.

CONDITION: Cabin was found in decent to good condition. Appliances and cabinetry not all adequately secured. Carpet overhead starting to fall down in places. Propane tank was found secured in cabin – see Recommendations.

TACH GAUGE HOURS: reportedly 10 hours on new block; no tach gauge.

Three hoses found without hose clamps. Ventilation blowers intact, in good condition visually; not tested.

CONDITION: Hydraulic pump and tank were found with rust and wear, pump was missing one of its dual belts, and hoses found in decent condition.

BOW ROLLER: live, 29” aluminum bow roller with fairleads.
CONDITION: Fish hold was used for storage so plating not easily inspected. Deck equipment found in decent condition; age and wear sighted. No protective shroud on chain drive.

VHF RADIOS: Standard Horizon Eclipse.
GPS: Garmin GPSmap 4208.

VESSEL DESCRIPTION
The fishing vessel is an aluminum bow picker with house aft, fish hold midship and a self-bailing work deck forward. The work deck has a live aluminum bow roller at the bow, an aluminum steering console with hydraulic valves aft to starboard and a gillnet reel aft at centerline. Aft of the work deck is an aluminum fish hold, raised higher than work deck. Aft of the fish hold is the cabin.
Under the deck, the vessel is separated by three known aluminum bulkheads. Most forward is bow compartment, under forward work deck. Next aft is the forward fish hold, separated into three holds with two longitudinal bulkheads and accessed by three diamond plate hatch covers. Next aft is the aft fish hold, separated into three holds with two longitudinal bulkheads and accessed by three diamond plate hatch covers. Final aft is the engine room with main propulsion engine, fuel tank, hydraulic system, and battery bank.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Access to the cabin is through a watertight, aluminum door. Most forward to port is cabin helm station with vessel controls, electronics, and D.C. electronics. Aft of helm is bunk ran longitudinally fore to aft. Aft, athwartship is a wood counter top with microwave and safety gear in tote underneath. Aft, ran longitudinal fore to aft, is another countertop with recessed sink and refrigerator underneath. Most forward on starboard side is a fixed wood countertop and forward-facing bench seat.
