To port is the outside aluminum helms station with engine controls and hydraulic valves. Aft, off center to starboard is a custom gillnet reel, with anchor and longline drum incorporated, ran off a hydraulic Twister gear drive. To starboard of gillnet reel is an open aluminum storage locker and valving for Pacer pump. Aft of the reel is flush deck fish hold with an insulated half-tote on top. Aft of the fish hold is an aluminum cabin, accessed through an aluminum water tight door at vessel centerline.
Under deck, the vessel is separated by two full aluminum bulkheads. Most forward is bow compartment, accessed by Freeman deck hatch forward of gillnet reel, and houses the Pacer washdown pump, Jabsco hydraulic pump, and 100-gal. fuel tank. Next aft is the forward fish hold, divided into three of two longitudinal bulkheads, accessed by three aluminum hatch covers and drained by center sump. Next aft is the aft fish hold, divided into three of two longitudinal bulkheads, accessed by three aluminum hatch covers and drained by center sump. Final aft is the engine room. Engine room houses the main 180-gal. fuel tank, main engines, waterjets, batteries, hydraulics, and drained by Rule bilge pump.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Access to the aft cabin is through a watertight aluminum door. Cabin is finished in marine carpet on walls and overhead, birch plywood cabinetry, teak trim, and linoleum sole. To forward port is helm station with controls, electronics, Llebroc captain’s chair, refrigerator, and DC breaker panel. Aft of helm station and Captain’s seat is marine toilet.
