GENERAL CONSTRUCTION:
The fishing vessel is an all aluminum single diesel powered, house forward, uninspected commercial fishing vessel. She has a slightly raked bow, hard chine, straight sides and asquare stern. The bottom, sides and deck are of 1/4″ aluminum with the deck house being of 1/16″ aluminum. It has (2) aluminum engine bed stringers and transverse support is by (4) aluminum bulkheads. The vessel is currently used in the Bristol Bay gill net, the Kodiak area long line fisheries and the Kodiak area jig fishery.
CABIN AND WHEELHOUSE:
Access to the cabin is via a wood sliding door aft center cabin bulkhead and down (1) long step. To the starboard on entry is an aluminum counter with propane stove. Further starboard is the oil stove. Forward starboard is the galley with counter space and sink. To the port on entry is the galley table with bench seating for (3) adults. Forward is the captain’s chair with the electronics and navigation array on the dash board and over head. Storage is provided beneath the table platform and below the captain’s seat. Forward center and open to the cabin is the forepeak berthing area with (3) berths. The interior is partially finished. The port and starboard side windows are sliding windows.
