We take pride in being a full-service brokerage, offering a comprehensive suite of services that
eliminates the necessity of contracting a separate documentation or closing agency.
Our proficient team is dedicated to streamlining the lien clearance process for your vessel
or permit, expertly managing escrow funds, and expediting transfers
with utmost efficiency through state and federal agencies.
Boat Sales
1. Exclusive Sales:
*We are the ONLY Broker listing your boat.
*4% of final sale price
*Minimum Fee of $2,120.00 (this includes USCG documents)
2. Non-Exclusive Sales:
*You list your boat with multiple brokers or social media.
*5% of final sale price
*Minimum Fee of $2,120.00 (this includes USCG documents)
3. Tax Issues:
Sellers are responsible for paying their own city, county, state and/or federal taxes on boat sales if applicable. Washington State residents take notice as you may be subject to specific city, county, or state taxes on the sale of your vessel. It is your responsibility to handle tax reporting and payments if applicable.
Please Note: Whether you list exclusively with us or with multiple brokers, YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL YOUR OWN BOAT to a buyer we did not bring to you. We do not require a listing agreement contract. We operate on Good Faith!
