28’x12 custom built by Blue Yodel holding barge, diamond plate deck and hatch covers. Built 2004 with same yr IMS rsw that needs alittle tune up work. Setup for ice with 6 large insulated totes capacity 8k in slush iced totes, 15k rsw. 2× 300# mooring anchors with 20′ of chain and 1 1/4 lines each. It never drags.

Set for fishing is sunk every year in place and raised, attached to shore and ready to fish. Extra lines, anchors and bouys as well. 

Main cabin insulated, nicely finished, 32×16, 2 bedrooms, attached pantry, 2 bedrooms, wood stove, propane new cook stove. Water is from a small spring fed creek, never dries up on hot summers. 8 solar panels, battery bank – 1 12v 8D with 2 L16 6v each. Attached garden shed with washing machine powered by Honda 2000w generator. Important to note that there are 125 stairs to reach the cabins, the view is amazing. A lift system could be engineered straight forward if needed. 

Set up for Hughes net Satellite internet. Other high speed options coming out soon. 

Crew cabin, uninsulated, 12×16 with loft, 3 bunks as configed right now, attached tool room 8×12 and attached small shower with instant on demand water heater.
