2 leased fish sites from kodiak wild life refuge grandfathered shore lease area.

Site number 2 is located on an island in uganic bay called otter limits.

It has 2 cabins self contained.  

One of the cabins has bedroom kitchen and living room area plus a shower.

The second has a bedroom gear storage. And work shop.

Two 250 gallon water tanks

Site at shark cove as the two-story house,

its fishes well all season with strong finish. 

Tender bring out full and food as needed and ice. Ocean beauty cannery takes very good care of fish sites.  And ships gear for free from Seattle and other supplies. We shipped dry good all year to save money. These sites are self-contained and ready to fish will provide transportation from Kodiak to view sites. There is enough gear to fish for years without purchasing more gear. There is a mail plane that comes to the village island 1 to 2 times per week if you need to go to town on the plane its 125.00 fair.

Tender brings mail too. Green house at the shark cove if you want to grow your own food. Both sites catch all species of salmon. Tender provide service to move large anchors. When you’re not fishing enjoy a large yard area on both sites and your own beach on both sites. Halibut fishing and crab too. Yellow eye, black bass, rock fish, creek fed bathtub to keep drinks cold Wild life viewing.
