CONDITION: Hull inspected while moored; no damage, delamination sighted. Gelcoat intact; in very good condition. Deemed sound and watertight. Scantling adequate. Deck was inspected visually and by walking on it, looking for weak spot; none found. Seacocks exercised and in good working order.

CONDITION: Engines were found in very good condition; installed new 2023. Found secured in mounts, clean and well maintained, plumbing secured and in very good condition. Waterjets found in good condition; well maintained and zinc anodes adequate where visible. No standing water, oil or fluids in bilge. Ventilation blower needs intake ducting extended
AUXILIARY 1:

CONDITION: Auxiliary engine appeared in very good condition. Secured, clean, well maintained. Installed new 2024. Exhaust pipe was found not wrapped with insulation. Owner has order insulation wrap and plans to install promptly.

CONDITION: Hydraulic tank found secured, no pitting or leaks. Plumbing found in good condition; no cracking and no chaffing sighted. Pumps were found with some surface rust; belts tight and in good condition.
ANCHOR GEAR:
ANCHOR: 33 lb. Lewmar with 40’ of 3/8” galvanized chain and 120’ of ¾” Samson line.
CONDITION: Anchor and rode inspected in anchor locker in bow compartment; very good condition. New in 2024.

FISH HOLD: estimated capacity of 6,000 lbs. in six insulated fiberglass holds, rigged for six brailer bags, and accessed by six diamond plate aluminum hatch covers.

VESSEL DESCRIPTION:
The fishing vessel is a modern Alaskan fiberglass bow picker with house aft, flush deck fish hold midship and a self-bailing work deck forward. The work deck has a Country Weld hydraulic power roller at the bow, a fiberglass steering console with hydraulic valves aft to port, and a gillnet reel aft off center to starboard. Aft of the work deck is the flush deck fish hold. Aft of the fish hold is the cabin.
Under the deck, the vessel is separated by five fiberglass bulkheads. The first three bulkheads are under the work deck; the void is accessed by an oval 26” Freeman deck hatch, houses the Pacer washdown and drained by two Rule bilge pumps. Aft of the third bulkhead is the forward fish hold – separated into three holds with two longitudinal fiberglass bulkheads, covered by three diamond plate aluminum hatch covers and drained aft to center sump with plugs. Aft of the fourth bulkhead is the aft fish hold – separated into three holds with two longitudinal fiberglass bulkheads, covered by three diamond plate aluminum hatch covers and drained by center sump with valves. Aft of the fifth, and final, bulkhead is the engine room. The engine room houses the fiberglass gasoline tank most forward, hydraulic and fresh water systems, twin gasoline inboard engines, two Hamilton waterjets, and batteries.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Access to the cabin is through a watertight, aluminum door. Cabin is finished in marine carpet on walls and overhead, gelcoat over fiberglass helm and cabinetry, and formica-lined counters. To port is the helm station with vessel controls, electronics, and Captains chair. Aft of that is cabinetry with a recessed stainless-steel sink and microwave oven. Aft, athwartship, are two stacked bunks and then an enclosed head with marine toilet. Forward the bunks on starboard is the galley with recessed Camp Chef two-burner stove. Most forward is a formica-lined counter top table with forward facing bench seating.
