2) North Line Marker Setnet Site:

First sites in the district with 37 miles of closed beach north of it to Egegik.

Originally set-up as a tract w, two 25 fathom site.

Currently amending to one 50 fathom on the line.

Site very fishy! 

3) Smoky Point-Ugashik River Setnet Site:

One 50 fathom site between

Smoky Point and Dago Creek in the Ugashik River.

4) Camp:

• Main House: 16’x 16′ with 8′ x 12′ pantry/entry.
• Crew Cabin: 8′ x 18′- two rooms with bunks.
• Sauna/Shower: 12′ x 12′ very basic with wood stove, etc.
• Dry Room: 12′ x 12′, needs new stove. Lean too off one side, needs work, used mainly as wood & gear storage.
• Shop: 20′ x 16′ with 20′ x 8′ extension.
• Two Nordic diesel heaters for main and crew cabins (good condition).
• Fairly new electric fridge & electric freezer (good condition).
• Old electric wringer/washer (works)
• Propane range and two 100 lb. tanks (1 full, 1 part).
• 12V Sureflow pump for kitchen water (and one spare).
• Lots of dishes, household items, fair amount of food.
