GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The fishing vessel is a very efficient salmon seiner that has been well maintained and upgraded. It is a 56’ Leclercq with raised forward pilothouse. The vessel is twin screw w/ a hard chine shallow keel and a square stern. The Vessel is set up to salmon seine and tender and transport.
The vessel has a deckhouse forward with entrance from the deck at starboard side through a watertight door. As you walk in the deck house the galley is located on the port side. The galley is complete with oven and stove top, sink, fridge, and complete with ample countertop and storage space. The mess table is located just forward the galley. The head is located on the starboard side complete with marine head, shower, sink and cabinet. The forepeak at front the vessel is the main berth area with (4) V style stacked berths. Aft the main berth area on the Starboard is an additional stateroom with (2) stacked berths with a ample number of drawers and storage space. Aft the stateroom is the stairs leading up to the pilot house. When you enter the deckhouse with access to the engine room located aft at midship in the deckhouse.
Main access to pilothouse is accessed through a watertight doors starboard with access to wraparound deck leading up to the bow, anchor and winch. The main steering station is located at starboard where all controls and navigational equipment are located with an additional steering station on the port side as well as the fly bridge and the crow’s nest. The pilot house has seating area with an additional berth. Access to fly bridge and crow’s nest is by ladder aft of pilothouse where the additional steering stations are located. The engine room is accessed by an aluminum door centerline from the deckhouse. In the engine room is located the main diesel engines, fuel lines, filters, all electrical wiring, various pumps and valves for RSW system. The work deck aft the vessel is where all fishing equipment is located, the deck is enclosed with a fiberglass bulwark with aluminum box tube railing. The deck winch is located midship with hydraulic controls located centerline at midship. The hydraulic valve bank and lines are all stainless steel. Under the deck is located (2) fish holds, and the lazarette is stern where the auxiliary engine, filters and additional pumps are located. The fish hold capacity is approximately 70,000 lb. holding capacity with the main hold holding 50,000lbs and a Sunday hotted holding 20,000.
