GENERAL AND ARRANGEMENT:
This is a molded fiberglass hull constructed of apparent good and adequate scantlings by Jackson Marine and the seller. The vessel has one deck, one navigation mast, curved stem, transom stern, hard reverse chine, cabin forward with raised pilothouse, fishholds midships and open deck aft.
The self-bailing non-skid textured aft deck is surrounded by 20″ fiberglass bulwarks and contains from midships aft a hydraulic driven net roller with passive roller beneath, to port is an operating station with helm, engine controls, bow thruster controls, and hydraulic deck machinery controls, midships forward is a Freeman 24″ X 24″ flush deck hinged watertight aluminum hatch accessing the machinery spaces, next forward to port and starboard are three insulated and refrigerated fisholds with two section fiberglass covers each, to midships is a “soft” patch aluminum cover accessing the machinery spaces with hydraulic driven net reel atop. The hull side shells are fit with l ¼” X 4″ black UMHW plastic rub rails port and starboard, the stern corners are fit with 3″ x 3″ stainless steel angle guards, the bow is fit with a stainless steel plate anchor guard.
The non-skid textured foredeck is accessed by walkways port and starboard of the raised pilothouse and contains the anchor, rode, hydraulic anchor winch, mooring cleats, anchor roller bracket and 20″ X 20″ scuttle hatch to the forepeak.
The raised pilothouse is accessed by hinged Diamond Sea Glaze aluminum door and inclined steps from the aft deck from port and contains forward a molded fiberglass console with helm, engine controls, bow thruster controls, instruments, navigation equipment and various electronics, next aft is a adjustable pedestal mounted hem seat with net reel controls, to port is a solar charger controller, RSW unit controls, electrical breaker panel, inverter controls and lockers, to starboard is a day berth and Vissani 12 C.F. chest freezer, midships aft are inclined stairs accessing the main cabin. The exterior bulkheads are fit with polished stainless steel grab rails forward and port/starboard.

The cabin is accessed via steps downward from the raised pilothouse from midships and starboard aft and contains to port a four (4) berth stateroom, next forward is an enclosed head with Jabsco electric marine toilet, molded fiberglass vanity and sink and 2 kW steam generator, from port aft is the galley area with countertop and cupboard space, single basin double basin stainless-steel sink, ENO three burner propane fired range/oven with range hood, High Point microwave oven and Vissani apartment size refrigerator-freezer, next is the galley messing table with U-shaped seating. Midships aft is a companionway accessing the engine room via hinged aluminum door and an Equador clothes washer/dryer.
