HULL CONSTRUCTION: welded 5086 aluminum (1/4” bottom, 3/16” sides) with two
hull crimps ran longitudinally on port and starboard sides. Keel coolers built into hull.
HULL DESCRIPTION: planing monohull with curved bow, hard chine, semi-vee
bottom, and a rounded stern with square jet insert.

CONDITION: Hull was inspected while drydocked; no major damage or fouling. Cleaned and well maintained. No access to under forward deck; not inspected. Seacock difficult to exercise; see recommendations. Minor crack forming on port side cavitation plate under waterjet; monitor.
CABIN:
CABIN CONSTRUCTION: 1/8” 5086 aluminum plate with diamond plate lid, which has a watertight hatch fit to raised combing for main engine removal.
VENTILATION: passive through entry door and side sliding windows.
STOVETOP: portable single burner; butane.
HEATER: forced air cabin heater; diesel.
BERTHS: (2) stacked bunks: hammock style berth over built-in lower bunk.
DINNETTE: fixed; aluminum table aft of cabin helm with rotating Captain’s chair.
CONDITION: Cabin found in good condition; wear within normal expectations for age. Finish, cabinetry and appliances secured.

Plumbing all secured with clamp; no chaffing or cracking sighted. Hamilton Jet in good condition; no excessive play in bucket or nozzle. Paint well intact. Not operated or tested.
AUXILIARY 1:

CONDITION: Good condition. Shackles seized with zip ties.

FISH HOLD: estimated capacity of 4,000 lbs. in one aluminum fish hold, rigged for six brailer bags, accessed by three diamond plate aluminum hatch covers, and drained by center Rule bilge pump.
GILLNET REEL: 45” x 46” aluminum drum on an aluminum frame, driven by Kinematics KEM hydraulic drive, with a manual aluminum level wind.
BOW ROLLER: Webber Marine 22”, hydraulic.
CONDITION: Fish hold found without damage and found very clean. Equipment found in good condition; well maintained.

VESSEL DESCRIPTION:
The fishing vessel is an Alaskan bowpicker with house aft, fish hold midship, and a self-bailing work deck forward. The bow has a Webber Marine hydraulic power roller and an aluminum anchor locker below. Slightly aft to port is an aluminum deck helm station with engine controls and hydraulic valve bank. An aluminum gillnet reel sits aft deck, off center to starboard. Aft of forward deck is the raised aluminum fish hold.
Under the deck, most forward is the bow compartment that has no manhole accessed; small round plastic inspection hatch located aft work deck for manual drainage. Aft of bow compartment is the fish hold, which is raised from the deck. The fish hold is one uninsulated aluminum hold, rigged for six brailer bags, and drained by center sump pump. Access is through three watertight aluminum hatch covers. Aft fish hold is the engine room with main engine, waterjet, gasoline tank, auxiliary engine, hydraulics and battery bank.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Access to the cabin is through a watertight, aluminum companionway forward. Cabin is finished with carpet and wood paneling on walls, Formica overhead, and painted aluminum sole. Forward to port is cabin helm station with bucket seat, controls, engine panel, and electronics. Aft of Captain’s bucket seat aluminum dinette. Aft, athwartship along stern, are two stacked bunks; top being hammock style. Forward of bunks, to starboard, is galley with propane three burner/oven and counter with recessed sink and storage underneath.
