The Vessel is a custom-built welded aluminum commercial fishing boat built in 2017 . It is currently rigged as a salmon gillnetter and crabber. The vessel is also used for contract aquaculture work. The house is set aft and has the helm station, galley counter, and an enclosed marine head to Starboard. To Port is a large convertible settee and aft, two bunks. Hatches in the sole access the engine room, which has a single diesel engine on centerline and associated equipment. Main deck has hatches to nine brailer bag fish holds. Foredeck has mounts for a gillnet reel, steering/control station forward, to Port, and foremost, the bow roller. A flush watertight hatch accesses the forward void space. To Port is a heavy-duty swing davit with hydraulic pot puller.

For purposes of valuation, it is assumed that all uninspected equipment and components are in satisfactory operating condition. The Vessel is fully found, owner-maintained in ‘Excellent’ condition, and well equipped for her intended service of commercial fishing. Her hull appears to be sound, her engine and running gear are reportedly fully operational, and her electronics inventory is complete. Interior is mostly finished, utilitarian, neatly kept.
This vessel is professionally built with best marine practices used. Welds are appropriate and complete. Engine room and mechanical components are very good marine quality.
Mechanical equipment, including main and auxiliary propulsion equipment were inspected visually where possible, but were not assessed internally. For detailed mechanical information, a dedicated inspection by a qualified marine mechanic is always recommended.

Current Engine Hours 3465. The vessel is rigged for crab, shrimp and gillnet. Includes a Warren Junes 15″ hauler with articulating arm. Maritime Fabrication chain driven gillnet reel that holds 300 fathoms easy. The vessel has 9 individual fisholds that hold 1,000 lbs. salmon each in slush ice. Can fit 10 totes on deck single high with the reel off. Has been used as a tender for kelp farm as well. Handles 12 flooded totes on deck plus all 9 holds flooded with ease. Boat has a NEW Konrad lower unit Spring of 2023. Includes a Six-Axle Custom Trailer. Boat could be easily modified for twin engine if you want a fast boats. I cruise at 8 knots burning 4 gallons/hour.
