Vessel description: The F/V is a typical Alaska bowpicker fishing vessel currently being used as a dive boat, with a house aft and self-bailing open deck forward containing net reel, steering station, and anchor box. Powered by twin Mercruiser 6.2 320 HP with Bravo I drives. Fish hold is amidships and wheelhouse containing helm and accommodations is aft. Access to cabin is through a watertight aluminum companionway forward. Forward to port is helm station with bucket seat and navigation equipment; next aft is galley containing oil stove, sink, counter, and storage. To starboard is a settee; next aft is enclosed head with shower. A hatch over the engine forms a bunk and overhead is a second bunk. The cabin is finished with teak cabinets and trim, vinyl sole, and Formica counter tops. All windows are mounted with metal frames with sliding windows located on port and starboard sides of cabin.
NOTE FROM THE SELLER: The vessel has a fuel tank issue that will need to be addressed before being able to commercial fish. Seller has installed tanks in the fishold, bypassing original tanks. The boat is currently a dive boat and not being used for commercial fishing. The fishing equipment would need to be reinstalled. Call for details.

HULL EXTERIOR-SIDES
Hull type/Construction: Fiberglass, with white gel coat surface. Hand laid and molded fiberglass.
Hull cosmetics: Hull cosmetics are in good condition-minor nicks and scratches which are Typical for a vessel of this age.
Stem: Moderate flare- Solid, no cracks on external inspection. Moisture readings relatively Dry.
Side thru hull fittings: Plastic mushroom head fittings, used for: Bilge/Sump drains, Sink drains,
Rub rail: Rub rail is black UMHW plastic.
Port Lights: Port side: For head – opening type and are secure.
Engine room vents: Engine room vents are molded in and in excellent condition.
Condition summary: Exterior condition is considered good and typical for age and service of vessel.

Transom type: Conventional flat transom.

HULL BOTTOM
Construction material: Vessel was not pulled for bottom inspection. No bottom inspection performed. Owner is advised to fully inspect bottom and all underwater machinery at next haul out.
INTERIOR HULL & STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
HULL INTERIOR & STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
Hull to deck joint: Overlap (Shoe box type), Elastomeric compound sighted in hull to deck joint. No leaks thru any part of hull to deck joint area sighted.
Bilge(s): Forward and aft bilge has some standing discolored water. Bilge spaces are in need of cleaning.
Stringers: Hull stiffness provided by FRP covered wooden longitudinal stringers that run the length of the vessel. Complete inspection not possible due to limited access. Stringers were sighted in the engine compartment and under portions of cabin sole and are well glassed into hull where sighted. Stringers checked with Moisture meter where accessible and all readings were relatively Dry. Stringers sounded with hammer where accessible and appeared very sound. No soft spots, separation, cracks rotting or splitting sighted. Limber holes appear to be adequately sealed where sighted.
Bulkheads: Athwartships reinforcement enhanced by structural bulkheads bonded to the hull with FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). All tabbing appears serviceable and sound with no cracks or separation of tabbing sighted in any compartments. No visual evidence of movement sighted in any bulkhead.
Stem: Solid stem, no cracks or separation sighted inside.
Inside of transom: Reinforced. Secure-no cracks or separation sighted.
Condition summary: All interior area’s inspected found to be good for age and service of vessel.

Sea valves: Marelon seacock ball valve(s) installed, Bronze seacock ball valve(s) installed.
Sea valve condition: Sea valves are all functional.
Sea valves piping: Ribbed hose. Sea cock hoses are all single clamped and appear secure.

MAIN DECK & FITTINGS
Deck Surface: Molded, cored fiberglass deck and side deck construction (core not sampled). White gel coat with molded in non skid fiberglass surface. Good condition. Deck is solid under foot.
Moisture/Delamination: Moisture meter readings on top and side decks and surrounding thru deck fittings were relatively dry with normal comparative moisture meter readings. No Delamination discovered when randomly testing with percussion hammer.
Scuppers/deck drain(s): Freeing ports on both sides of deck.
Cleats & fairleads: Horn cleats are all well secured to deck and side deck and are functional.
Cabin (house) to deck joint: Molded in — no stress cracks noted.
Cabin house window(s): Fixed side windows. Sliding side windows.
Damage sighted: One corner stress crack on the port side cabin of about 1/16 of an inch.
