GENERAL AND ARRANGEMENT:
This is a molded fiberglass hull constructed of apparent good and adequate scantlings by Freddy’s Marine at Homer, Alaska in 2013 and finished out by current owner. The vessel has one deck, one navigation mast, curved stem, transom stem, hard reverse chine, cabin aft, fish holds midships and open work deck forward. Typical bowpicker design.
The self-bailing non-skid textured work deck is surrounded by 28″ bulwarks topped with 8″ high aluminum pipe liferails to port and starboard and contains forward a bow mounted hydraulic driven net roller with live aluminum fairleads and net wash spray bar, beneath is a stowage locker with hinged PVC plastic cover, next aft is a Freeman watertight flush deck aluminum hatch providing access to the forward compartment, to port is a molded fiberglass console with stand-up helm, engine and water jet controls, next aft and to midships is an aluminum net reel with levelwind and hydraulic drive, next is a jellyfish grate with scuppers port and starboard, next aft are six (6) ind iv idua l in s ulated fish holds with 33″ X 33″ single section fiberglass covers. The hull is fit with 1″ X 4″ black UMHW plastic rub rails all-around.
The cabin is entered by a hinged AJR aluminum door from midships forward and contains to starboard a settee with cushioned L-shaped seating, next aft is the galley area with countertop and cupboard space, single basin composite sink and Force 10 propane fired two burner range/oven, from port forward is a molded fiberglass console with helm, seat with Mariner shock absorbing frame with Norcold refrigerator beneath, full engine and water jet controls, gauges, instruments and various electronics, next aft are countertops and lockers, next aft is an enclosed head with Jabsco manual marine toilet and molded fiberglass vanity and sink, to midships aft is a double berth with single berth above and access to the engine compartment beneath. A hatch in the cabin sole provides access to the engine compartment and a hatch in the cabin overhead provides machinery installation/removal. The exterior cabin bulkheads are fit with polished stainless steel grab handles to port, starboard and aft. The stern is fit with a 2 ½” aluminum pipe water jet guard and grated aluminum working platform.
The vessel interior is finished with a wood print composite sole, carpeted overhead and bulkheads with overlapped and bolted Lexan windows fore/aft, AJR aluminum framed sliders to port and starboard.
