General Description & Arrangement:
The F/V is a typical Alaska bow picker fishing vessel with a house aft and self-bailing open deck forward containing a net reel, steering station, and anchor box. The flush deck fish hold is amidships, and the wheelhouse containing helm and accommodations is aft. Access to the cabin is through a watertight, aluminum companionway forward. The cabin is finished with a fabric headliner, gel-coated walls, cabinets, teak trim, vinyl soles, and Formica countertops. Sliding windows are located on the port and starboard sides of the cabin.
Forward to starboard in the cabin are the helm station and navigation equipment. Behind the helm starboard aft is a galley containing a propane stove, diesel heater, counter, and storage. To port is a table with bench seating and storage. Hatch over the engine room forms a single bunk with curtains and storage.
