DESCRIPTION:
The fishing vessel is a 38’, all fiberglass, house forward, single diesel powered, uninspected commercial fishing vessel. The vessel has a raked non-bulbous bow stem to V-entry, shallow draft centerline keeled round chine (roll chocks attached) bottom, with straight sides and square stern. The vessel is utilized in Alaskan commercial fisheries.

PILOTHOUSE LAYOUT:
The enclosed pilothouse is atop the 01 deckhouse, and is accessed via a wood hinged door on the port side. Inside, the pilothouse is compact, and contains the vessel controls and electronics. An open vertical ladder access down to the 01 deck level is at the floor level starboard side.
External and forward of the pilothouse is a Spanish style open control bridge deck.
Visibility is 360° via Lexan windows. Finishes include painted plywood. Ventilation is via the entrance door.

DECKHOUSE LAYOUT:
The fiberglass deckhouse cabin is located forward, with the enclosed pilothouse on top. Entrance into the main cabin is via an aluminum watertight door on the starboard side. Inside, on the starboard side is the galley mess
area with raised storage single counter, and on the port side is the original head space, converted to storage, and galley table. The forepeak is open to the cabin and contains four (4) berths. Visibility is via aluminum framed sealed slider windows on port and starboard side. Finishes include wood paneling. Ventilation is via the entrance door and side slider windows.

DECK AND RIGGING:
The vessel is configured with a step-up deck around the deckhouse, to the fore/anchor deck, off the aft main working fiberglass deck, which is enclosed with raised 12” fiberglass bulwarks with raised 16” bolt-on extension with angled flat cap.
There are two (2) centerline fish holds. The forward hold is tanked and-refrigerated, with a raised fiberglass coaming and aluminum Diamond Plate cover with two (2) flush watertight access hatches. This fish hold is reported to have an approximate 18,000 lbs. capacity of salmon. The aft hold is a dry, non-refrigerated space for overflow (Sunday hold) with raised fiberglass coaming and a flush watertight access hatch. This hold is reported to have a capacity of 10,000 lbs. of salmon.
The lazarette is accessed at the stern section centerline via a flush watertight hatch cover.
At the time of the survey, the vessel was equipped as follows:
