GENERAL AND ARRANGEMENT:
This is a molded fiberglass hull constructed of apparent good and adequate scantlings by LeClercq Marine at Seattle, Washington in 1978. The vessel has one deck, one mast, curved stem, transom stern, round chine with rolling chocks, cabin forward with enclosed coated aluminum tophouse, fishholds midships and open work deck aft. Typical pocket seiner design. The self-bailing non-skid coated aft deck is surrounded by 14″ bulwarks with black UMHW caprails all-around and contains midships aft a Bair flush deck watertight aluminum hatch providing access to the lazaret, next forward is a portable 300 gallon (estimated) aluminum refueling/dispensing tank for tendering purposes, next forward is an 8′ X 8′ hatch with 10″ combing to the refrigerated fishhold with four section aluminum covers, next forward is the hydraulic double headed warping winch, to starboard is a galvanized steel davit socket and to port and starboard are purse seine davit mounts, to port is a Freeman flush deck aluminum watertight hatch accessing the engine compartment, to midships forward at the aft cabin bulkhead are the deck machinery controls. The non-skid coated foredeck is accessed by walkways port and starboard of the cabin, surrounded by 3″ – 6″ bulwarks capped with black UNHW guards and contains the anchor, rode, hydraulic anchor winch and aluminum bow roller bracket and 16″ mooring cleat. The weather deck is accessed by inclined ladder from port aft providing access to mast rungs and enclosed pilothouse. The coated aluminum pilothouse is accessed via the weather deck by a hinged “Dutch” style split aluminum door and contains forward a full width console with stand-up helm midships, to starboard is the main operating station with pedestal mounted seat, full engine controls, gauges, instruments, jog stick and various electronics, to port is a pedestal mounted passenger seat, aft is a Dickinson Newport oil fired cabin heater and day berth with stowage space beneath. The interior is finished with a painted fiberglass sole, FRP paneled overhead, wood paneled bulkheads with Diamond Sea Glaze aluminum framed windows. The cabin is entered by a “Dutch” style split aluminum door from starboard aft and contains midships aft and to port the galley area with countertop and cupboard spaces, double basin stainless steel sink and Dickinson Pacific oil fired range/oven, next forward is the galley messing table with fore/aft cushioned seating, from starboard aft is the enclosed head with marine toilet and stainless steel sink, next forward is a day berth and operating station with seat, helm, full engine controls, gauges, instruments and various electronics. Hatches in the cabin sole provide access to batteries and stowage spaces. The exterior cabin bulkheads are fit with aluminum pipe grab rails to port, starboard and forward. The forepeak is accessed by an open companionway midships forward in the main cabin and contains two tiered berths to port and starboard. The cabin interior is finished with a vinyl sole, FRP paneled with wood trim overhead, wood print Formica bulkheads and wood framed windows.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
Vessel appears sound and well built, overall condition and maintenance: Very good Vessel shows pride of ownership. Vessel was attended in dry storage with underwater body and fittings in general good condition. Vessel’s general housekeeping: Very good. All systems appear serviceable or are other-wise noted within recommendations. No systems were operated at time of attendance due to: Vessel being winterized. Survey was conducted using voluntary ABYC & NFPA standards, USCG 46 CFR Sub C requirements and other marine safety and manufacturing practices accepted by the industry. No additional independent surveys were conducted at time of attendance. Rigging inspection was conducted by visual inspection from closest proximity possible including main deck, weather deck & raised pilothouse overhead. Notice to prospective buyers: It is strongly suggested that any offers made include that the offer is contingent upon the personal inspection of the vessel and the sea trialing of the vessel being satisfactory to the buyer.
