GENERAL AND ARRANGEMENT:
This is a molded fiberglass hull constructed of apparent good and adequate scantlings by LeClercq Marine at Seattle, Washington in 1988. The vessel has one deck, one mast, curved stem, transom stern, round chine with rolling chocks, fish hold midships, cabin with fly bridge forward, open work deck aft. Typical pocket seiner design. The self-bailing non-skid coated aft deck is surrounded by 16″ bulwarks fit with five 1 ½” X 6″ freeing ports each to port and starboard and UMHW plastic caprails and contains midships aft a Baier flush deck aluminum hatch accessing the lazaret, next forward is a 90″ X 88″ hatch with 7″ combing accessing the refrigerated fish hold fit with four section aluminum covers, next forward is the hydraulic deck winch, to port and starboard are seine davit mounts, to port forward is a Baier aluminum hatch accessing the port machinery spaces, to starboard is a 3″ galvanized steel davit socket, to midships forward at the aft cabin bulkhead is the hydraulic valve bank operating deck machinery.
The non-skid coated fore deck is accessed by walkways port and starboard of the cabin, is surrounded by 3″ – 7″ bulwarks and contains the anchor, rode, hydraulic anchor winch and 15″ mooring cleat.
The flying bridge is accessed by inclined ladder from port aft and contains forward a full width console with windscreen, stowage lockers beneath, a helm, jog stick, compass and VHF radio, next aft is a fiberglass locker with hinged cover and two cushioned seats with swivel bases atop, next aft is an aluminum locker with hinged cover securing a 4 gallon propane cylinder, to starboard is the emergency life raft.
The cabin is entered by a “Dutch” style split aluminum door from starboard aft and contains midships aft countertop with two burner propane fired range and engine room access, from port aft is the galley area with Dickinson Adriatic oil fired range/oven, next forward is a countertop with double basin stainless steel sink, next forward is the galley messing table with fore/aft cushioned seating, from starboard aft is an enclosed head with sink and marine toilet, next forward is a double berth with stowage lockers beneath, next forward the helm, seat, full engine controls, gauges, instruments and various electronics. The cabin sole is fit with two hatches accessing batteries and stowage spaces. The cabin exterior is fit with an aluminum pipe grab rail forward and to port and starboard. The hull is fit with UMHW plastic spray rails and rub guards. The bow is fit with a UMHW plastic anchor guard, the stem is fit with a 3/8″ aluminum plate skiff guard.
The fore peak is accessed by an open companionway midships forward in the main cabin and contains two single tiered berths to port and starboard.
The vessel interior is finished with a vinyl sole, Formica with wood trim overhead, Formica bulkheads with wood framed windows.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
Vessel appears sound and well built, overall condition and maintenance very good.
Vessel was attended in dry storage with underwater body and fittings in general good condition. Vessel’s general housekeeping: Very good Vessel received new main engine and marine gear in 2013, new RSW system installed 2014, new seating & double berth cushions, new fire extinguishers, new overhead rigging cables & lines, new auxiliary picking booms and winches, seine block trolley system, new hydraulic valve bank, various new electrical wiring, buss fuses, breaker panel and various new electronics installed since previous survey in October 2016.
All systems appear serviceable or are other-wise noted within recommendations. No systems were operated at time of attendance due to: Vessel being winterized.
Be advised: decks were snow and ice covered at time of inspection and not fully visible for inspection . In addition fish hold and lazaret were not accessed due to skiff on deck.
