CONSTRUCTION:
Hull: molded fiberglass; rounded chines; semi-V bottom with tunnel; square stern & raked bow.
Frames: bulkheads fore & aft of hold as well as the focs’le.
Beams:
2- 4 X 8 in. fiberglassed stingers spaced about 30 in. parallel and adjacent to the keel, used for engine bed timbers.
2 X 8 in. fiberglassed stringers, one each out board of the bed timbers about 18 in..
Superstructures: located forward on the hull of low silhouette design, & molded fiberglass construction, with a short trunk cabin extending forward over the focs’le. The forward bulkhead has 2 fixed windows with an after rake set in a slight “V’ across it; while each side has a large sliding glass window forward. The port side of the aft bulkhead has a square fixed window. The entrance is through a sliding wooden, with a fixed window at the starboard side of the aft bulkhead.
Flying Bridge: of molded fiberglass on top of the cabin, with a smoked Plexiglas wind screen forward.
Color of superstructure: gray with blue trim.
Comments:
(1) There is a stainless steel vent through the top of the cabin on the starboard side adjacent the flying bridge.
(2) The fore foot has been reinforced with additional layers of fiberglass.

Comments:
(1) There are aluminum corner plates at the gunwales on the transom corners, with a 3 diameter black UHMW “rub rail” across the transom and 3 X 11/2 in. black UHMW ·rub rails” on each side from the bow to the stern at the gunwales.
(2) There is 1 transducer through the bottom on the starboard side, with a speed detector “wheel”.
(3) There is a 11/ 2 X 1/ 2 in. aluminum strap on the bow step from the gunwales to the water line; along with a 8 in. wide aluminum doubler plate on each side and adjacent.
(4) The aluminum strap on the bow stem widens to3 in. at the fore foot and extends aft to the stern post.
(5) There are a pair of aluminum “spray rails” attached to the hull about 1O in . aft of the bow and 12 in. above the water line, each 4in. wide X 10 ft. fore & aft to near the chine.

Masts; style, number, materia:l constructed of 33/e in . diameter aluminum tubing standing 56 in. base; with a 3 4 in. length of 21/2 in. diameter aluminum tubing extending up to a 23 X 18 in.
aluminum plate on top. The base section has a towing tab welded near its top on the aft side.
Mast supports: 21’2 in. diameter aluminum tube bipod extending to the top of the cabin.

Cover Dimensions & Material: 6- 11/ 2 in. X (about 631/ 4 X 10 in.) & 2- (311 X 341 4 & 311/2 X 231’2 in.), of plywood , with an 8 in. diameter plastic inspection plate in on over on the port side.
Lazerette hatch dimensions: Freeman, aluminum deck hatch, (17 X 26 in.), in stern cockpit deck.
Stern Cockpit Coaming dimensions: 7 ft. 10 in. fore & aft X 8 ft. thwartship aft X 27 in. deep to the adjacent quarter deck.
Comments:
(1) There is an 8 in. diameter plastic inspection plate at midships forward in the stern cockpit deck; & another 8 in. diameter plastic inspection plate in the bulwarks at the transom.
(2) There is an 8 in. diameter plastic inspection plate in the bottom of the midships hold section that accesses the shaft alley & “stuffing box”.
(3) The is a 223 X 183 in. wood/fiberglass hatch in the forward bulkhead of the midships hold section accessing the engine compartment.
(4) There are provisions for a “Picking Board” 20 in. aft of the hold in the stern cockpit.
(5) The hold bottom is independent of the hull.
