HULL CONSTRUCTION
TYPE: Semi-displacement planing hull.
MATERIAL: Welded Aluminum Plate
EXTERIOR HULL: Un-painted aluminum. Good condition. Bow Center
BULKHEADS: One located in the location forward of the main engine. Made of quarter inch aluminum plate. Appears in good condition where sited.
STRINGERS: The longitudinal strength is enhanced by stringers. Full length stringers are made of aluminum and also act as the part of the engine beds. Stringers are in good condition and show no signs of corrosion where visible.
BILGE:
Bilge are was clean and clear of debris. Drain plugs were removed for drainage for winter lay up.
NOTE: Vessel is made of 1/4 inch aluminum plate. A 11″ lifting chine proceeds aft. (4) four U-bar external stiffeners acting also as guards running from midship to the stern. (4) U- bar stiffeners were welded to the bottom. All surfaces were visually inspected and show no signs of corrosion. The inspection of the metal was done to the best of the surveyor’s ability but no testing was done.

VENTILATION: Engine room is vented through (2) two vents midship, (1) one starboard behind main cabin, (1) one port. Main cabin is vented through cabin door and sliding windows.
CHOCKS AND CLEATS: Six (6) welded aluminum 12″ inch cleats two (2) forward and two (2) aft and two (2) midship. All appear serviceable
HATCHES: Eight (8) fish holds total. Six (6) 28″ X 50″ X 52″. Two (2) 27″ X 52″ one (1) located forward port side and one (1) located forward starboard side. A 52″ x 82″ hatch allows access to the main the engine room, The access hatch is located under the net reel and is bolted and sealed. All hatches are well designed and appear serviceable. NOTE: The deck area consists of a net reel in the center of the deck, below the net reel is an access panel 58″x82″. The access panel is bolted and sealed (no signs of water intrusion). There are 8 fish holds 4-Starboard and 4-Port. On the stern starboard side there are hydraulic controls and engine controls. The deck appears well designed and serviceable. NOTE: The wheelhouse is accessed by a door on the starboard side of the back of the house. Three steps up lead to a helm station located in the center of the wheelhouse and day bunk is located on port side. The wheelhouses windows allow 360 degree un obstructed views. The wheelhouse is well designed and appears serviceable.

PLUMBING: RSW plumbing located on the deck under the cap rails on both the starboard and port side. The plumbing on deck allows for control of each fish hold. CABIN APPOINTMENTS INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
JOINERY AND FINISH: The cabinets and living areas of made of welded aluminum. Surfaces are covered in either carpet, epoxy or paint. The condition of all surfaces are in new like condition.
WATER INTRUSION SIGNS: None Sighted.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Access to the galley/living area is by steps. A head is located before the galley on the port side. Living accommodations consists of a fore peak with 4 bunks 2-Port and 2-Starbard. A small galley table is located on the starboard side. The galley is located on the port side and a small refrigerator is located under the cabinets. HEAD: The head is located on the port side. A pump style head along with a sink make up the head area. The sink faucet turns into a shower by plugging in a shower head/hose.
