BULKHEADS: Three (3) located in the following locations forward of the main engine, aft of the main engine and aft of the fish holds. All made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) with wood core. All appear in good condition where sited.
STRINGERS: The longitudinal strength is enhanced by stringers. Full length stringers are made of wood covered by FRP and also act as the part of the engine beds. Stringers are in good condition and show no signs delamination. Appears serviceable.
TRANSOM: Square sterns Both in good condition. Stern
BILGE: The bilge area had a small amount of water in them. Condition was generally clean except the small amount of water.
NOTE: Vessel is made up of solid hand laid up fiberglass in the bottom areas, bulkheads and house were cored with what appears to be a wood core. No signs of delamination were noted. A moisture meter was not used. Appears Serviceable.
DECK CONSTRUCTION:
TYPE: FRP composite construction reportedly cored with wood, with light grey non-skid surface. Flush Deck. Appears serviceable. Deck Area Starboard Side Port Side Deck Area
BULWORKS: The bullworks are 24″ tall.
DECK FITTINGS:
VENTILATION: Engine room is vented through (2) two vents midship, (1) one starboard, (1) one port. Main cabin is vented through cabin door and sliding windows.
SCUPPERS: Decks drain overboard. Six scuppers 3 port 3 starboard the scuppers are 2″ x 8″. Appear serviceable
CHOCKS AND CLEATS: Six (6) aluminum 12″ inch cleats two (2) forward (2) midship and two (2) aft. There are also 8 additional cleats on the 4 port and 4 starboard side that are much smaller 9″ cleats. All appear serviceable.
HATCHES: One (1) watertight Freeman Hatch 16″ x 24″ that allows access to the Lazerette.
NET REEL: Kinmatics 60″ x 20″ aluminum net reel with twitster drive and level wind. Appears serviceable. Net Reel And Levelwind Twister Drive

JOINERY AND FINISH: The interior is a combination of laminates with wood trim and brown carpet covers the floors. Appears serviceable. Galley
DOORWAYS: An aluminum door 20″ x 57″ allows access to the main cabin. Appears serviceable.
FABRIC AND CUSHIONS: Light blue vinyl covers dinette and salon cushions. Appears new.
ACCOMMODATIONS: The fore peak consists of 2 different sleeping areas. Step down into the first area consisting of 2 bunks 1 port and 1 starboard with storage underneath the bunks, another step down leads to a bunk area with 4 bunks 2 starboard and 2 port. Access to the engine room is through this bunk area. Forpeak
HEADS: A pump stye head with shower is located on the port side of the main cabin. A small 11 round sink. Appears serviceable. Head Head Sink
GALLEY LOCATION: The galley is located on the aft wall of main cabin an “L” style configuration with the sink along the starboard side.

CABIN APPOINTMENTS:
REFRIGERATION: A Magic Chef fridge/freezer 44″ x 19″ is located on the aft wall of the galley area. Appears serviceable. Refrigerator
STOVE/OVEN: A propane 3 burner stove with oven. Unable to determine model or name of stove. Appears serviceable. Stove/Oven
MICROWAVE: Magic Chef.
OTHER: A large galley table 49″ x30″ is located on the starboard side of the main cabin Galley Table
