Observations & Condition:
The hull of the vessel was found to be in good condition with some chipping and repairs typical for a vessel of this age. The welded zinc anodes were found to have 90% of life left. Thru hull fittings and sea valves were found to be in good condition and valves were in working condition. The hull coatings show good coverage to the water line. Rolling chocks are new 2025.

SUPER STRUCTURE
Top House Description: Fully enclosed aluminum top house, enter port side via sliding door, swivel captain’s chair centerline, all controls and navigational electronics at helm with bunk situated thwart ship aft. Interior construction is aluminum.

Cabin Layout: Enter port side via non watertight wooden sliding door. Starting port aft is a new Formica cabinet and galley fit with three burner propane stove and oven with cabinet above stainless-steel sink. Followed forward by bench seat at Helm. Starboard side is wood laminate table with sea rails, and microwave. Bench seating with 3-inch upholstered foam cushions with storage below. New head is starboard side aft cabin.
Interior Construction: Renovated in 2024 with new felt liner covering side walls and overhead, new short loop commercial carpeting on floor, cabinetry is Formica.
Windows: Top house windows: Peninsula Glass 3/raked windows, two sliding side windows, one fixed window aft. 360° visibility.
Cabin: Diamond Sea Glaze -(3) fwd raked windows, (2) sliding side windows. Port side cabin window
has crack.

Observations & Condition:
Cabin’s doors and windows were found in good condition, they were able to open and close smoothly, port side window has crack. The general housekeeping of the cabin, galley and foc’sol were found in excellent condition.

Observations & Condition:
The vessel’s deck gear and equipment are of good quality and are properly maintained. Most hydraulic motors are painted and free of major corrosion. Hydraulic hose fittings are properly grease-taped and hydraulic hoses found in good condition. Anchor rode shackle pins are moused secure with stainless steel wire. The vessel’s net reel and stern roller appear in good condition and rotate without binding. Aft deck is newly renovated in 2025. Fore deck nonskid coverage is 90% and the grab rails make for a safe working environment.
Stern Roller: 40” Maritime Fab stern roller, with Eaton Motor hydraulic drive, and live fairleads.
Stern roller was rebuilt in 2025 and crossover valve installed for free wheel setting.

Plumbing: During the rebuild in 2025, the fish holes were fitted to be plumbed but there is currently no circulation plumbing in fish holds from RSW. The fish holds are rigged with bilge pumps for slush ice use.

Engine Room Lay Out & Contents: Enter hatch centerline through cabin deck. Hydraulic tank fwd center, stbd side hydraulically driven Jabsco washdown pump followed aft by battery bank and Racor Fliters. Engine center with hydraulic pump run off front of engine via Spicer coupler. Port side, water tank. Secondary access to engine through freeman hatch midship centerline. Starting aft hydraulically driven IMS RSW system, with two cross over lines to fish hold circulation fwd of RSW, followed by PSS dripless shaft seal next are (2) hydraulic pumps run off of transmission.

Observations & Condition:
The hatches to the machinery space and lazarette were found to seal and show no signs of leakage. The Bilges were clean, dry and free of oil and loose debris, the bilge coating was found to have good coverage. The vessel’s fish holds were found properly sanitized and odor free, and with excellent paint coverage. Items found in the machinery space are stored and secured in an organized fashion.

Observations & Condition:
The vessel’s engine and marine reduction gear were found to be in excellent condition with no corrosion. The machinery was installed in 2023. The exhaust was examined and was found to be properly wrapped and double clamped. The fuel conditions observed in the Racor was free of water and sediment.

The vessel’s wiring consists of marine shielded copper stranded wire that was found in good condition. The wiring throughout the vessel is properly secured. Batteries are secured. The batteries are in good condition with no signs of corrosion. Batteries were connected with wing nuts and it is recommended to secure battery cable with standard industry nuts.
